Google makes phone calls free to France in the aftermath of Nice attacks

Google has announced that it will make calls to France free in the wake of the Nice attack.  Users will be able to dial into France without charge via Hangouts, Google Voice and Project Fi from anywhere in the world these services are supported, as announced by the company on Thursday evening.
